OH MY!! What a Shock

Here is the proof.

Well Folks, looks like I'll be changing my Blog title to...
1 KING 1 Queen 7 Princesses and 1 Prince.
Yep, It is 100% Boy. No denying it. The King is so proud, and knew it the whole time. The Queen is in shock and just knew it was a girl.
Looks like I'm in need of a boy name. Any ideas?

OOPS! Word's Out!!!

Edyn La Roux

Alaena Kennedy, Kidron Sage, and Braeden Chantel

Hunter Alexis

Sharaya Danee

(Baby is "Chillaxing" It has it's left leg crossed over the right, and the hands behind it's head. Too Cute :)

For all of you who are "wondering", Yes, we are having another baby. No, this baby was not in our plans, but it was in God's. We tried to keep this undercover as long as we could because we were having a hard time adjusting to the news and didn't want to have to deal with people and their negative comments, but some people took it upon themselves to share our news. Are we mad? Not at all. It was time to tell, seeing that I look like I was turning into a cow LOL.
Up until Saturday Oct 25,2008, I had cried a million tears. I wondered how I was going to care for another baby in the midst of our "home issues" and I had made a dedication to Sharaya's education over the next three years. We have been on a roll. (Go Sharaya!!! Mom is SSSOOO proud of all your HARD work. It will pay off baby. I promise you.) and taking care of another baby would make this a tad more challenging.
Along with living in a rental home with no furniture and sleeping on a air mattress has not made this easy either. God gives us strength to make it one day at a time.
I miss my old home terribly. It was so cute and cozy. I had it decorated (Thanks to my mom, who is an interior designer, and my sister who has such unique taste) just the way I liked it. Now, all my furniture is lost in my dream home, rotting in mold :( WHY Us ???? I ask myself. I don't know. But I do know - thanks to the peace of God - we will survive!!!. (This is the reason it took us a little longer to become excited about a new addition.)
So back to our new little one. Saturday, I went for a "fun" ultra/sound. Our baby was so cute, I couldn't help but get a little excited. Not that we have a choice, but I would LOVE another girl. Daddy is holding out for his son. However, last night (Sunday 10-26-08) after an INCREDIBLE service preached by Bro. Barry Clayborn, daddy said "you know, it would be really neat to have another girl". He is finally, coming around HA HA. But of course, we will welcome whatever God blesses us with. God makes no mistakes. And we will welcome this gift with open arms.

Sick In Bed :(

Yesterday, was our church's big Harvest Party at Fog Willow. It was so much fun. The girls enjoyed the free pony rides, petting zoo, trampoline, play equipment, and the hay pyramid. Oh, let me not forget the hay rides too. The food was just as wonderful. We served BBQ ribs, tri-tip sandwiches, gumbo, french fries, corn dogs, hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, slushy, TONS of yummy baked goods, more candy, and to top it all of... Sargent's Coffee yummmmmm. I'm so glad I'm a part of TRC. God must really love me to have uprooted me and re planted me in such a place as TRC. The Ministry is top notch, the saints are are just as grand, and there is NEVER a dull moment at the church. It doesn't matter the day or time, you will always find something happening there. It also doesn't matter your age, you will find a group of fun-loving people that are right there with you.
Needless to say, after a fun-filled day, I'm sick in bed. My lungs were permanently affected from the toxic mold in our home. Now, when I'm out and around trees, and grass, my lungs can't handle it, and I get laid up in bed. My chest feels as though it is on fire, it kills to cough, and my current medications of Advair 500, Albuterol, and Zyflo seem as though they are infant strength. Luckily, I fly out to my specialist on Thursday, (I hate flying) so that I may begin injections that will hopefully allow me to once again live a normal life (minus all the meds).
All this to say, I wish I was at church tonight instead of being in bed. I tried to watch our service online, but it was not up:( Good thing we have a tape ministry :) I just hope I'm better by tomorrow to take my kids to school, one of them to a Dr. appointment, and one has a tutor coming to our home in the am. No time for me to be sick. Duty Calls.

Smartest Women Alive!

As I was browsing Sharayas pictures, I came across these and smiled to myself, thinking WOW! I love this women. You Go Girl!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Seylum Rhys

My baby is 1. How did this happen? wasn't it yesterday Daddy placed her in my arms? Now she is full of laughs and PERSONALITY. This little girl is something else. She doesn't like hair bows, shoes, or baby food. She thinks she is as old as the other girls, and she expects them to just hand the toys over to her at the slightest peep.
She also doesn't like anything that restraints her, example, high chair, car seat, swing. Oh no, this baby wants to be on the move. Seylum is a Daddy and Mommy's girl. She sleeps in our room now, in her own bed of course, and every morning I'm greeted with a huge toothy grin. It is at this time, that she wants some cuddle time. We love you baby, Happy 1st Birthday.

NO BOYS ALLOWED!!!

Sharaya is home. YEAH!!! She had a blast at PEAK. We are so happy she was able to go, but as she was there, she was asked several times for her phone number. I'm not sure I'm ready for this yet so, I thought I'd drop a line (and a song) to all the boys out there :) I hope you enjoy :)
While Sharaya was gone, we took our girls to Fairytale Town. We met a very nice couple who were on a "Grandparents Outing" with their grandson. They noticed we had 5 girls. Braeden and Alaena corrected them with the comment that we actually have 7 girls. The woman couldn't believe we had been blessed with 7 daughters, and then said, I had to listen to this song "Cleaning This Gun". Well, I did, and fell in love with it. I have no clue who this guy is, I've never heard of him before, but he has a GOOD point. Especially with a teenage daughter, who can't date for another 8 years, This is just a pre warning to all the boys. She is staying focused on her school, as her parents, we stay focused on her "surroundings". By the way, this goes for all our Princesses. And with 2 very protective Daddies, I actually feel sorry for them. LOL. Them Boys don't stand a chance. At least for 8 more years. Until then, I'll hold them close and party with them like there is no tomorrow. LOVE you girls.
Oh yeah, before I forget, The SUV didn't really die, but thanks for the push, it saved me about $5.00 of diesel and gave me a side aching laugh. You are the BOMB!!!
And for Sharaya and Sammy, hopefully Hunter, Stephanie, and I didn't toilet paper you too bad last night :) HA HA

Where Has The Time Gone?

Wow! Has it really been 6 weeks since I blogged last? I guess I have been so busy with the girls, that Blogging was out of the question. Let me start where I left off, and update you all on our "Crazy Adventures". Sr. Camp with Sharaya was interesting to say the least. It all started when I arrived at the church to see that all the youth were accounted for and loading onto to bus. Well, the youth were there alright, and so was their luggage. For every person there, there was like 4 suitcases plus bedding. Poor Bro. Sargent was trying to figure out how to get their luggage to Sr. Camp. The Youth Dept. almost had to rent a Uhaul to pull their belongings. Then I had this "GREAT IDEA". Hey, I'm already driving my monster of a SUV, why not let someone drive and pull the trailer while their at it. So, Bro. Sargent was able to locate a trailer for free and guess who had to pull it? Yep, that would be me. Now you have to understand, I have NEVER done anything like this in my life. I was quite scared. I managed to get it there safely, but on the way, someone in my SUV just had to stop to use the Ladies Room. No Names, LOL, So we got separated from the bus (which I was following). Then, the funniest thing happened. As I was driving, I noticed a lady taking a picture of the back of my SUV with the trailer. I realized what was so impressive to her. She noticed my "Family" of stickers on my window showing we had 7 Princesses and thought the trailer full of luggage was for our family. As she got even with the back window, I rolled it down and my dear Sharaya took a photo of her. The funny thing is, That will really be us someday if all my princesses follow in their older sister's steps:)
So Sr. Camp came and went, then Jr. Camp came. What a BLAST!!! I had so much fun, I think Tishauna and I have all the young girls wanting to go to Jr. Camp next year. We "Snuck Out" every night with a ton of girls. We wont mention all the things we did, because we don't want to give ourselves away, but can we say "6 Boxes of Saran Wrap" LOL.
When we arrived back home from Jr. Camp, my King and I decided it was time to rent a home. We have so many "fond" memories of the "Trailer Life", but it was time. So we rented a home and have been very busy with trying to get settled in. It is not a 6 bedroom like we currently own, but it is WAY bigger then a 30 ft travel trailer. We are loving the home.
The first week that we moved in, Sharaya and I wrestled. I wont say who won, But she is tough. Then I finally decided to break Hunter in, WOW!!! was I impressed. That girl can hold her own. I was afraid of hurting her, now I'm afraid she might hurt me :) Sharaya and Hunter then wrestled and to save their pride, I'll keep the winner to myself. It was a very good match. The King then decided to wrestled me. The little girls were very worried and begged Daddy to not hurt me (this is the good thing about having all girls, my support group is HUGE) well, daddy took it easy on me, because at the count of 3, I just laid down and played dead LOL. Well, ok, not really, I didn't just lay down, I didn't stand a chance against my hunk. Then again, why would I want a man that I could wrestle down HA HA. Ok, so I cant win him, but I can get him back. I convinced him, that it would be better to let me wax his facial hair. I would save him a couple days of shaving. After much thought, he sat down to the "Torture Chamber" of my waxing. I first prepped him with my soothing Pre-Hon solution, then I rubbed his mustache down with the warm honeyed waxed. Next, I put the linen strip over the wax and rubbed it for about 20 secs, My sweet hunk just sat there with his eyes shut enjoying the pampered moment, then WAH-LAH, I pulled the strip, His eyes flew open as he shouted " OOOWWWHHH, That had to be the most painful thing in the World". He then wondered if I had removed his upper lip entirely. What a MAN! The really funny part, is, it didn't even work. I was laughing SSSOOO hard. It put me in such a crazy mood, I was easily influenced into waxing Hunters brows. I couldn't believe, after being a witness to this torture, that she'd still want me to wax her brow. So I gave in. After I did it, she looked so beautiful and way to old, that I told her, she'd have to wait until she was 13 to wax again. Now that is torture, but hey she is my baby still, and I cant have 2 of my princesses grown up, 1 is bad enough. By the way, whoever said raising teens was so bad, never had my girls, and didn't like to have fun. The teen years are so much fun. Except when you get conned into taking 3 teens to Wal Mart at 12:30 am looking like Rainbow Bright herself with nothing matching and about 30 hair bows in their hair. These girls are are so much fun. I cant wait for the next laugh.
